Wow. Let’s say we were to ignore the racist nature of these acts (which is apalling), and let’s say hypothetically that everyone tortured was guilty (highly unlikely), the man is a criminal and probably mentally ill. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. As Doctor king said, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
